Role purpose:

    Supporting the operational Flexforce activity with regards to processing of contingent workforce external orders and services by acting as 1st Level Support. To identify issues and improvement opportunities and drive resolution by interfacing with the key contacts.

What you will do:

  • Fieldglass 1st Level Support - answer queries via central inbox and central phone number
  • Raise tickets for all technical issues, follow up and verify resolution
  • Contact for internal and external users of the Fieldglass tool
  • Manage PMO dashboard; chase pending approvals, reject job seekers
  • Report Management to support the Finance, SCM and HR departments
  • Contact Person for internal teams to support and guide on any process related issues
  • Check all mandatory elements; like Reminder, Attachment, Title

The position is for you if you have:

  • Strong intermediate German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Dealing with vendor management systems in SSC environment is an advantage
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Very good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Solution oriented mind-set, able to deal with complex and ambiguous situations
  • Good time management skills, and a preference of organizing your work on your own
