• Verantwortung für den gesamten HR-Lifecycle: vom Rekrutierungsprozess bis zum Austritt inkl. Lohnadministration
• Mitarbeit im täglichen HR-Geschäft: Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter:innen, Bewerber:innen und externe Stellen - per Telefon, E-Mail und vor Ort
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kader

• Führen einer eigenen Servicestation in den verschiedenen Restaurantbereichen (Gourmet, Restaurant, Bar und Terrasse)
• Betreuung der Individual-, Seminar- und Bankettgästen während des Aufenthaltes
• Weiterentwicklung des Konzeptes Centric Dining
• Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen Inhouse-Events

• Lead & support end-to-end Director+ searches across functions and markets, from briefing to offer.
• Build structured search strategies and talent maps that generate strong, diverse leadership pipelines.
• Assess candidates rigorously and deliver clear, evidence-based hiring recommendations.
