• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
• Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes

• Oversee and continuously improve all HR administrative processes, including contract management, employee data, and compliance documentation.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy: review and implement reward frameworks.

Prepare, manage, and run our annual global compensation processes (compensation review and bonus payout process) as well as annual goal management processes in Workday, including communication and training for our global compensation community and intensive process support....

First rotation (8 months – Denmark): You will be assigned a strategically important project somewhere in the business, with less influence over your project in this initial phase....

• Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
• Crafting and aiding in the negotiation of employment agreements

• Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to select the right candidates, including conducting work visa checks
