• Entering customer orders and following them up
• Managing customer requests and queries
• Logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
• Interacting with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

• Take ownership and resolve raised verbal and written customer issues.
• Raise activities that are not actioned by assignees.
• Account set-up, allocation and delivery issues.
• Order processing and order fulfilment.
• Sales order tracking.

• Műszaki dokumentációk kezelése és rendszerezése az ANDOC rendszerben,
• Tervtár naprakészen tartása, dokumentumok feltöltése és archiválása,
• Egységes adatbázis létrehozása és működtetése, folyamatos adatrögzítés,
• Műszaki rajzok, tervek és egyéb dokumentumok rögzítése, nyilvántartása,

• Gyógyszertári partnerek megkereséseinek kezelése telefonon és más kommunikációs csatornákon a saját fejlesztésű szoftvereink használatával kapcsolatban
• Ticketing rendszer használata, hibajegyek kezelése
• Gyógyszertári ügyfeleink tájékoztatása, bejelentett eseteik folyamatos nyomon követése

• Develop the Information Security Management System and assure compliance with NIS-2.
• Develop, revise, and maintain information security procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide guidance, advice, and training to strengthen information security awareness and competence across the organisation.
