• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals

• Provide customer and technical support, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment assistance for engineers
• Resolve inquiries efficiently by following support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when needed

• Consulting services related to Oracle’s retail modules for customers
• Reorganization and optimization of retail processes
• Bridging retail process owners and IT consultants, developers

• Helping Latvian and English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET Core in a cloud (AWS) environment
• Contribute to the development of scalable and secure microservices supporting SaaS products
• Work with Angular to implement and support end-to-end features where needed

• Perform assigned daily/monthly processes, escalating issues or determining solutions to remove obstacles for the team.

• Collaboration and relationship building with team technology lead, account support team, and other support teams
• Customer knowledge maintenance of business, environment, and support processes
• Incident management following ITIL standards and proactive service issue addressing

• Delivery of remote and hybrid engagements involving SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
• Leadership of SharePoint migrations and modernization initiatives
• Design of collaboration and content architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
