  • Performing general administrative and operative tasks
  • Purchasing of office supplies and other equipment
  • Supporting the Technical department and the Director
  • Handling internal and external communication duties
  • Preparing regular reports
  • Scheduling and preparing business meetings
  • Administration of contracts and other official documents
  • Organizing events and team buildings
  • Keeping contact with HR, finance and other relevant departments if needed
  • Supporting the onboarding process
  • Taking part in HR processes


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Precise, reliable working attitude
