    Transcosmos is rapidly expanding to new sites across Central Europe and recently targeted the Hungarian capital, Budapest to establish a new office and partner with a Market Leading Cilent in Telecommunications and Consumer Electrics.

    This position is for you if you speak Hungarian at Native and English at Intermediate level, have a proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service and also show a strong interest towards the field of IT and newest, cutting-edge Technology.

Job description:

    As a Customer Service Specialist, you will become a member of the customer service team and support for the e-commerce channel for prestigious mobile products!

    Both you and your team will be equipped with the key technical skills necessary to become a member of the expert group. You will be responsible for providing the highest quality service and customer support, technical support and e-commerce after-sales service using a variety of communication channels.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients of a leading manufacturer of mobile technologies;
  • Handling requests related to the e-commerce channel
  • Support for incoming calls, chat, social media and e-mail correspondence in Polish;
  • Support for customer requests related to the use of mobile devices;
  • Solving system faults and troubleshooting;
  • Log requests in the system;
  • Active cooperation with other levels of technical support.


  • Proficiency in Hungarian;
  • Confident and fluent English at intermediate level (B2 level);
  • Experience in customer service (at least 1 year)
  • Basic technical knowledge and / or interest in mobile technologies
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Pro-client attitude;
  • Ready to work in a shift system;
