• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

• Lead and support after-sales projects across the company's product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.

• Ensure accurate and timeous capturing and execution of customer's sales orders
• Provide first line support to customer inquiries, resolve customer queries timeously
• Enhance customer experience through customer service

• Provide direct line management for >10 CP Delivery Managers embedded across drug programs and AI/ML model development initiatives
• Build delivery capability through coaching, role clarity, performance management, and career development

• Assist customers with software application inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution

• Support the maintenance and organization of the IT hardware inventory (e.g., laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Assist in hardware setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site support for employees, including technical guidance and handling smaller issues.
