The requirements:
- University degree in sales, marketing or PR related studies
- Fluent written and speaking English knowledge
- Interest in the field of marketing
- Agile and proactive personality
- Excellent organization skills
The job tasks:
- Raise marketing purchase orders and manage the administration flow of marketing costs
- Control marketing purchase orders and invoices match
- Deal with Account Dept to solve issues related to marketing costs administration process
- Constantly monitor reference budget and highlight any discrepancy
- Manage customer care service transmitting a positive company image and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support the Product Manager in the implementation of product, communication plans and operational marketing activities
- Deal with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational marketing activities
