The requirements:

  • University degree in sales, marketing or PR related studies
  • Fluent written and speaking English knowledge
  • Interest in the field of marketing
  • Agile and proactive personality
  • Excellent organization skills

The job tasks:

  • Raise marketing purchase orders and manage the administration flow of marketing costs
  • Control marketing purchase orders and invoices match
  • Deal with Account Dept to solve issues related to marketing costs administration process
  • Constantly monitor reference budget and highlight any discrepancy
  • Manage customer care service transmitting a positive company image and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support the Product Manager in the implementation of product, communication plans and operational marketing activities
  • Deal with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational marketing activities
