• Act as a hands-on professional consultant in SAP FI focused engagements to ensure they meet project objectives.
• Functional setup of FI solutions, and implementation of large SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Work on processes and configurations in the areas of finance (and controlling).

• Deliver software products for telecom carriers in virtualization, containerization, horizontalization, and public cloud scenarios.
• Act as the technical implementation engineer (TE) and be responsible for technical implementation and technical problem handling in the delivery projects.

• Participating in the execution of MOL Group business, functional areas and IT strategy.
• According to the expectations (SLA) operating the hardware and software side components of communication infrastructure systems.

• Monitoring, scrutinizing alerts received from our various tools and ensuring that they are properly logged and worked on.
• Incident Ticket Management, entering alerts into ticketing tool and updating these tickets as necessary. Handle the ticket from the 1st level customer support team

• Supports ITSM process managers in the design, development and documentation of ITSM processes.
• Collaborates with IT teams and business areas to ensure the efficient operation of processes, supports them in the use of ITSM tools.

Provide first level support for software and hardware incidents and service requests for MAC, Windows and Google environments via multiple channels (e.g. by telephone, email, chat, self service portal, ticketing application)....

• Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Test Development Engineers
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal customers such as Hardware R&D and Manufacturing

• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, reporting, execution.
• Define tasks, properly allocate resources and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems.

• Monitor system alarms, create and close work orders, and prepare routine monitoring reports.
