• Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Managers
• Ensure smooth operations and hit KPIs/SLAs
• Build strong client relationships

• Deliver top-tier technical support to our end-user community via phone, in-person, or online;
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective, timely solutions;

• Improve systems to meet evolving business needs,
• Ensure the maintenance of applications and infrastructure in line with agreed-upon service levels,
• Establish and assess technical specifications related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability,

• Plan, deliver, and operate Azure-based cloud infrastructure that supports Databricks environments and broader data platform workloads,
• Create, configure, and maintain Azure components such as Resource Groups, VNets, Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, and integrations with Azure Active Directory (AAD),

• Perform 24/7 real-time monitoring of systems via monitoring platforms.
• Continuously track system status, alarms, and operational indicators.
• Ensure uninterrupted monitoring coverage according to shift schedules.
• Receive and respond to system alarms according to defined priority levels.

• Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Test Development Engineers
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal customers such as Hardware R&D and Manufacturing
