• Closely collaborate with global DOC leadership
• Improve processual and organizational setup of global DOC collaboration model
• Drive and develop regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOC's

• Staying up to date with the latest regulations and standards related to Process Safety
• Establishing and monitoring Process Safety KPIs
• Managing MOC (Management of Change) processes and supporting PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) activities
• Reviewing PHA results for quality, completeness, and thoroughness

Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic partnerships...

• Develop strategies for existing and new product portfolios, including market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing strategies and target markets

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the global trade compliance program (customs, export controls, excise duties) for Freudenberg's Vibracoustic business group.
• Lead and develop a team of experts, fostering both professional and personal growth.
