Patient Coordinator - English Speaking

Introduction:

    Our company is looking for a bright, motivated and talented Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator is the primary point of contact and communication for patients in our clinic. The Coordinator will answer inbound calls and emails, coordinate treatment services and nurture the patient relationship. The Patient Care Coordinator must be a strong communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service and strong aptitude for sales. The objective is to make patients feel welcome and comfortable and to provide the “ultimate patient experience” to every patient that visits our clinic.

Job Description:

  • In a timely fashion, patient care coordinators answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries that are generated by referrals and website traffic. NO COLD CALLS!
  • Engage in a dialogue with prospective patients to build rapport, understand their needs and help them find the best treatment option. Remain emphatic with the patients at all times during all phases of communication.
  • Positively and proactively handle patient concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with the dental staff and act as a liaison between patient and the dentists.
  • Organize travel arrangements for patients' visit to Budapest.

Qualifications:

  • This is an ENGLISH SPEAKING position. Hungarian language and/or other language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory. Candidates who are not fluent in English (both verbal and written) need not apply.
  • Posses outstanding professional phone-based customer service and demeanour, a great attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn new communication techniques.
  • Comfort with utilizing and learning computer software and phone systems associated with patient information, calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • The ability to adapt to the company culture that rewards hard work, dedication, and a “team first” attitude.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
  • Friendly, outgoing and motivated personality with a good sense of humour.
  • College or university degree preferred.
