HR Generalist

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling and updating all employment data in our systems (personal data, benefits, training, eligibility criteria, etc.)
  • Recruitment and selection of new employees, administration of organizational changes and exits according to internal process regulations, arranging temporary staffing and other labor services
  • Management and control of the time registration system
  • Assessing training needs, organizing trainings based on the training plan
  • Preparation of HR reports, statements, support of payroll accounting
  • Organizing and coordinating corporate events

Your profile:

  • Secondary education or degree on personnel field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package, excellent in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English  
  • Empathic and thorough personality, good ability to communicate and influence
