French HR support administrator

Your new role:

    As a HR support administrator your responsibility will be to support the French employees of the company with various administrative tasks. You will manage holidays, employee data, contracts, references and handle any updates in the system and official documents. 

    You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding these issue and have continuous communication with them mainly via email or chat. Furthermore, you will work in close cooperation with the internal HR teams and recruiters.

What you'll need to succeed

    • Fluency in French and strong knowledge of English
    • Relevant studies or work experience
    • Customer-oriented mindset
    • Eagerness to work in HR
    • Precision and good problem solving skills
