• Mitgestaltung eines unvergesslichen Spa-Erlebnisses: persönliche Beratung unserer Gäste, aktiver Verkauf exklusiver Produkte & Treatments

• Organisation und Durchführung des Rekrutierungsprozesses (Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbungsmanagement, Vertragserstellung.)
• Führen von telefonischen, virtuellen und persönlichen Interviews
• Koordination von Gesprächsterminen mit Linie und HR
