• Lead procurement activities for specified categories under the responsibility of the assigned groups
• Conduct supplier market analysis, benchmark pricing, and negotiate contracts with global and local suppliers
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost.

• Convert objectives from Operations Managers into an OPS implementation plan with objectives and delegation of tasks  
• Analyse & Provide innovative solutions to service issues – ask WHY!

• Daily execution of PFB demand and excess flow within the region, incl Order handling, planning and shipping execution
• Collaboration with central HUB and Warehouses, Freight Forwarders and Shipping team
• Communication to internal and external stakeholders (Sales, customers, plants, DCs, 3PLs, suppliers)
