Supports the formulation of long-term sales strategy of MOL Group Fuels in close cooperation with key stakeholders (Chief Economist Team, Value Chain. Management Long Term planning, Group Logistics, Group Retail)....

• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors and dealers across Hungary
• Managing and expanding an existing portfolio, entering new market segments and working with well‑known domestic and international partners

• Define and execute the product strategy for MOL’s digital loyalty platform
• Drive capability development, including personalization, gamification, mobility integration, and ecosystem features
• Shape long‑term product vision with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into product outcomes

• Manage regional sales & supply and business development activities.
• Lead negotiations and develop partnerships in Wholesale and Into-Plane segments.
• Identify market needs and shape commercial approaches.
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction across the region.

• Serve as the key finance contact for a dedicated business area within the Downstream segment
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Support business planning and forecasting activities
• Deliver meaningful financial analyses to senior management

• Drive sales and manage costs across five stores and the stockroom team to maximise profitability, treating the business as your own.
• Inspire your teams to ensure every customer has a brilliant experience and wants to return to our stores.

• Manage a portfolio of up to 400 potential customers across multiple countries (up to $50K annual revenue each)
• Maintain and grow accounts through virtual relationship management
• Monitor account activity, identify churn risks, and take proactive retention actions

• Supporting the Private Label Director’s work and preparing weekly reports
• Supervising and coordinating the work of the Commercial Manager / Junior Commercial Manager
• Identifying potential new clients, conducting negotiations, and establishing long-term partnerships
