• Own Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across Europe
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site
• For Office roles, manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates

• Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
• Crafting and aiding in the negotiation of employment agreements
• Establishing trustworthy and constructive collaboration with relevant departments and employee representation.
