• Responsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools

• Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
• Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA globally
• Manage project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Drive delivery of project milestones and ensure successful go-live and stabilization phases

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams;
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements;
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process models;

• Collaborate with a global team and work with colleagues from diverse cultures to gain broad perspectives and insights
