• Responsible for the preparation and execution of all deal confirmations in the TMS ( Wallstreet FX) for a range of treasury trading financial products.

• Carry out all assigned finance processes & tasks accurately, timely, reliably and with a high level of trustworthiness and integrity
• Assist in resolving outstanding balances
• Assist in receiving and consolidating all cash and preparing for bank deposits

• Inventory Management Fixed Asset Accounting (w/o capitalization).
• Processing of disposals incl. preparation of disposal journals.
• Ensuring proper accounting treatment, particularly with regard to fixed assets management in SL, GL.

• Ensure timely and accurate Fixed Asset Accounting for supported entities
• Perform reconciliations between ledgers, statutory accounts, and corporate reporting
• Provide timely responses to accounting queries and financial analysis requests

• Review, analyze, and process high-volume invoices
• Manage vendor accounts and perform reconciliations (GR/IR, document matching)
• Handle supplier and site queries to ensure timely payments
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Dealing with customers’ accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
• Effective cash collection and monitoring of bad debt customers’ accounts
• Reporting promptly any customer disputes / issues to secure payments and follow the escalation path
• Admin tasks like daily / weekly / monthly reporting

Collaboration: Work closely with the Central Europe finance team on bookkeeping, accruals, open item management, prepayments, fixed and intangible assets, liabilities, accounts payable, and taxes....

• Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in SAP RE-FX, ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
• Execute lease adjustments, terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards

• Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
• Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover

• Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate internal financial records
• Process and book incoming and outgoing invoices
• Prepare payment proposals and monitor payment timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers
