• Responsible for the review and verification of invoices, including formal and accounting checks of purchase invoices, and initiating the approval process for invoices prior to payment
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

• Support the daily update of the consolidated cash flow statementand reporting
• Assisting the daily cash flow forecasting and supporting the mid- and long-term forecasting process
• Assist in the execution of the Group’s daily payment processes within the payment factory and POBO framework

• Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in SAP RE-FX, ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
• Execute lease adjustments, terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Support annual and statutory audits.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional finance teams.

• Process incoming customer payments in accordance with SLA;
