• Lead and develop AP & AR teams
• Oversee invoicing, collections, supplier payments and cash allocation
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for AP/AR
• Maintain strong financial controls and data quality
• Drive automation and continuous process improvement

• Run a smooth, efficient Accounts Payable operation
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational matters
• Research, analyze and resolve complex accounts payable and vendor related issues internal / external enquiries that cannot be resolved by the payables clerks

Drives proper implementation of globally defined group strategy (e.g., taxes), standards, best practices, enablers (IT and concepts), and processes....

• Lead and develop AP/AR teams, ensuring high performance, strong controls, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all transactional finance processes, including invoicing, collections, supplier payments, cash allocation, and credit control.

Collaborate with the local and the wider, international finance team on using the new accounting system (for internal management reporting purposes only - local statutory reporting and tax is handled by external accountants)...

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Investigate, resolve or escalate queries/differences and disputes as required
• Sales reconciliation team tasks and activities

• Communicate with external suppliers in case of any inquiries (e-mail, phone)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution (Vendor Master Data / Disbursement / Logistics / Procurement / AP / Tax / Controlling etc.)
• Participate in meetings with suppliers, AP team and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring that all bookkeeping activities are completed in time, accurately and according to statutory regulations and internal month-end procedure;
• Being directly involved in the Statutory Reporting function, liaising with State Bodies to ensure compliance with latest relevant legislation;

• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Participates in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as needed.
