• Maintaining training system elements (Veeva)
• Coordinating and developing new training modules ("training packages" with documents and practical side-by-side training elements)
• Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates

Talent Strategy: You support the development of the Talent Evolution Strategy - our new Talent Design concept - and contribute to shaping future talent initiatives across the organization (e.g., researching and benchmarking best-in-class approaches, steering and tracking KPIs)...

• You accompany and support us in the organization and implementation of national and international training events
• You support us at the creation of web based trainings
• You assist us at developing strategies, concepts and methods that the salespeople will need in the future
