• A rendszerek rendelkezésre állásának, biztonságának és teljesítményének folyamatos biztosítása.

• Az üzemeltetett vagy támogatott ügyfeleink felügyeleti rendszerének proaktív és reaktív kezelése
• A felügyeleti infrastruktúra továbbfejlesztésére / javítására irányuló javaslatok megtételében
• Változtatások tervezésében / kivitelezésében
• Tudásod továbbfejlesztésében

• Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Managers
• Ensure smooth operations and hit KPIs/SLAs
• Build strong client relationships
• Resolve escalations quickly and effectively
• Improve processes and standardize best practices
