• Resolving IT issues of our clients, act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and precise administration, logging of calls on the ticketing tool

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more
• Guide customers through product features and best practices
• Escalate technical issues following structured processes

• Acquiring and maintaining marketing authorizations.
• Creating the necessary submissions for authorizations and tracking them from the first documentation until authority decision.
• Monitoring relevant legal changes and verifying the accuracy of packaging materials and patient information leaflets.

• Managing the front-desk and reception areas, serving as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees
• Greeting clients in the office, preparing meeting rooms

• Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Work mode: Hybrid (1 day/week in office)
• Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
• Working hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00)

Complete day to day customer service-related operational tasks to ensure the service meets customer expectations and is consistent with set process performance indicators, applicable service level agreements and the customer service functions’ core values....

• Capture and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system, including manual order creation (email, fax, mass upload).
• Review and validate orders via OCR tools, resolve errors and discrepancies.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios across different asset classes
• Prepare performance attribution and contribution analyses
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of performance and risk reports
• Maintain and improve data quality and data management processes
