• Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS system to suppliers, based on approved request.
• Follow-up the delivery
• Communicate/contact suppliers via e-mail and phone.

• Tracking different regulatory submissions in the corporate regulatory database – update database with specific documents and/or information
• Running daily queries, providing reports to client stakeholders

• Supporting the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies, including both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.
• Planning and delivering brand activations on time and within budget
• Coordinating closely with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
