VAT Compliance Delivery Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 35-40 people
  • Setting up clear objectives about quality requirements
  • Designing the content of tax technical training
  • Setting up protocols for delivery time and responses
  • Developing quality control and KPI
  • Constant monitoring compliance with quality targets (and takes appropriate measures if needed)
  • Ensuring performance evaluation is calibrated across the delivery teams
  • Cooperation with HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development
  • Developing team leaders, cluster managers
  • Constantly seeking process and organizational development opportunities


  • 6-8 years experience in VAT compliance
  • 2-4 year of People Management experience
  • Fluency in English
  • BA/MA Degree preferably in Law or BSc/MSc preferably in Economics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management & conflict management abilities
  • Change management skills -that would enable to dynamically deploy resources & processes to suit the current business needs
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
