Recruiter Specialist

We’re looking for a Recruiter Specialist to join our team in Budapest and help us attract and hire exceptional talent for our Hungary Global Delivery Center. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, build strong relationships, and contribute to creating a thriving workplace.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
• Source talent through multiple channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct pre-screening and HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management rounds
• Negotiate salaries and ensure timely offer management
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records
• Represent TCS at job fairs and recruitment events

• College or university degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and conducting interviews
• Proficiency in Office365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
