Payment and Collection Group Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the Payment and Collection group activities, organize daily work which covers maintenance and development of  bill payment channels and surrounding processes 

  • Reminder and collection processes including outstanding debt handling 

  • End to end management of the processes/areas covered by the group 

  • Ensure business continuity, maintain the entire product line  

  • Maintain vendor contracts and its conditions 

  • Lead or act as an expert in different tasks/activities in case of need 

  • Professional people management of the team member experts,  

  • Develop members of the group, manage and follow up team performance 

  • Collaboration in company level projects, pilot activities with different organization units 

  • Support decision process on different levels with presentations, analyses, documentations 

  • Keep relationship/negotiate with internal and external stakeholders  

  • P&L responsibility for the corresponding cost (and revenue) elements

We need you, if you have...

  • At least 3-5 years relevant work experience 

  • University or college degree preferably economics/finance/marketing 

  • Excellent English and Hungarian skill (written and verbal) is a must 

  • People management experience is a strong advantage 

  • MS Office knowledge 

  • Good presentation skills 

  • Strong social and cooperation skills as role requires cross-functional cooperation 

  • Structured approach to problem solving and strong project management skills 

  • Responsibility, independent personality and strong ownership 

  • Customer centric mindset & strategic thinking 

  • Never give up attitude
