We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally. Our young and dynamic teams are driving and accelerating changes on a global scale, so it is important for us to find colleagues that are open to learn and develop themselves. At Tesco Business Solutions & Technology we support our business in operating efficiently and serving shoppers a little better every day.

  • Administration of the trainings - new joiner trainings, training participation, tracking courses & cancellations
  • User profile creation, user admin, managing accesses in our LMS
  • Planning the Learning Calendar, organizing rooms for trainings, follow-up completions
  • Answering queries, emails about learning related questions
  • Creating reports
  • Preparing, printing training materials
  • Participation on regular learning meetings, or meetings of related projects, tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc training & learning related support
  • Ongoing University studies - preferably HR, Pedagogy, or any other field related (not a must)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn additional tools and systems
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Creative thinking and openness to supporting communication and visual content development
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Learning & Development, with a motivation to further develop knowledge in these areas
  • Open to hybrid work arrangement - remote and in-office days as well
