Responsibilities
- Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource team
- Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
- Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with the federal and state laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource or business management
- more than 10 years of proven experience on HR field as Manager or Recuiter
- Hold an active command of written and spoken English,
- Be confident in using MS Office programs,
