Responsibilities

  • define the local HR policy in coordination with the Newell processes in close relationship with the global HR team
  • Headcount planning
  • define compensation strategy
  • manage and optimize recruitment process
  • define yearly training and development plan
  • coach and develop line managers on leadership skills, talentmanagement
  • act as internal trainer on management/leadership topics
  • manage the follow -up of annual reviews
  • take an active part in decisions concerning organization and people
  • drive organizational and cultural change requested
  • drive internal communication initiatives
  • guarantee the right application of the legal rules
  • manage the presence on social media platforms
  • manage well-being programs
  • support CSR programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in HR or Psychology
  • 5+ HR experience in multinational manufacturing environment
  • Effective coaching and training experience
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP HR)
  • Positive attitude
  • “Hands on” mentality, ability to implement and execute: small team, operative job to be done
