  • Developing and leading an HR team: managing a team of HR professionals, supporting and developing their work.
  • Recruitment and selection: managing the full range of recruitment processes.
  • Employee lifecycle management: coordinating on-boarding and exit processes, continuously improving the employee experience.
  • Performance management: developing and operating systems to monitor and improve employee performance.
  • Training and development: developing training strategies, organising training and supporting employees’ development.
  • Compensation and benefits: managing benefits packages, monitoring market trends, making proposals.
  • HR projects: design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, organisational development projects
  • Company events: participation in the organisation of group events and functions with the support of partner departments
  • HR or business education (college/university degree).
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR (HR Business Partner or HR Manager).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Confident using MS Office programs; knowledge of HR systems an advantage.
