Group Retail Training Coordinator

 

2 years fixed term

 

Purpose of the position:

The purpose of this role is to manage the coordination of the digital learning platform and its’ usage in all Retail OpCos to ensure standardized training execution across 15.000+ frontline employees. This position is the main point of contact for any training activity and digital training platform related questions. It will keep track, measure and report the effectiveness of training activities on business results and KPIs. This position is part of the Group Retail Frontline Training unit and reports to the Group Retail Frontline Training Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensures the digital training platform governance model implementation and usage in all Retail OpCos and conducts regular platform and content reviews of OpCos (audit and quality assurance activities).
  • Measures and analyses the efficiency of trainings’ impact on business results, maintains training information database, prepares reports and recommends improvement initiatives for both digital and face-to-face trainings.
  • Manages, administers and implements digital training platform functionalities on a global and local level (e.g. Task Manager, digitalizing compliance, audit, etc.).
  • Acts as SPOC for the digital platform technical support and training local administrators/Internal trainers for using existing and new functionalities of digital platform.
  • Manages and aligns global and local training demand process, workflows and preparation of marketing calendar activities, while ensuring standardized training execution.
  • Supports as well as contributes to the design, development and production of training materials, documents and manuals, ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the retail training program for both digital and face-to-face trainings.
  • Creates communication material and coordinates communication activities (e.g. broadcast messages, promotions, , newsletters, etc.).
  • Works closely with internal (Instructional designer, Internal trainers, SMEs on Group and local levels) and external suppliers (e.g. platform provider, agencies, etc.) on projects.

Education, skills, experience:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • 1-3 years experience in retail training organization.
  • Experience of designing, developing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience of conducting training needs analysis.
