FCSD Regional Sales Analyst

Areas of responsibilities

    FCSD Regional Business Analyst contributes to part sales activities in the HUN & European Direct Markets region. Main responsibilities cover supporting the FCSD/Aftersales field operations by:
    • Business Planning and Variable Marketing (VM) Program administration
    • Analysis of Sell-In and Sell-out sales reports in close cooperation with field force team
    •  Assisting development of new Businesses / Opportunity plans based on report analysis
    • Supervision of strategical business systems through communication with service providers and members of Hungarian dealer network
    • Budget and program tracking of business plans
    • Process improvement activities
    • Increasing the quality and efficiency of FCSD field operations


  • Graduate of Economics, Finance /Management or other equivalent degree
  • Good command of English
  • At least 2 year work experience possibly in aftersales back office area
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially MS excel
  • Analytical and Financial Skills

General activities:

  • Assist Field Force operations with Parts sales planning
  • Provide ongoing support for parts sales reporting to explore growth opportunities in the region
  • Evaluate VM programs in cooperation with Business Unit supervisor to ensure full compliance with audit requirements
  • Increased focus on central and local marketing programs / initiatives to evaluate development achieved within HUN dealers and EDM
  • Review program implementation progress and propose changes in launch strategy if required
  • Recommend process changes to increase the quality and efficiency of Field Force operations
  • Assure that all management and measuring systems are applied in particular for parts sell-in/sell-out activities
  • Collaborate with FCSD Field operations and schedule regular meetings with the team members
