Main job Responsibilities, scope of activities:

    People/Project Management / Co-ordination
    • Coordination of tasks across multiple delivery teams and Client Interfacing
    • Interfacing with the client in Understanding Client requirements
    • Classification of all Server build and de-commissioning requests
    • Ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication of each server in the build process
    • Periodic Reporting on Metrics of server builds
    • Creation and maintaining applicable reports
    • KPI & Pyramid management
    • Project status, Client updates, Customer communications, Accomplishments and Goals
    • Act as liaison between support team and peer support teams, customers and vendors.
    • Communicate issues and solutions that may impact the team.
    • Provide weekly, monthly statuses and achivements


  • 7 to 12 Years of People/ Project Management experience
  • At least additional 5+ Years experience in the areas of Windows Server and its sub technologies
  • Should have a good understanding of Remote support Environment, Cloud technologies
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Effectively manage multiple Projects in Parallel
  • Demonstrate excellent organization & conflict resolution skills
  • ITSM & Windows, Cloud Certification is an added advantage
  • A good Understanding of ITIL Processes
  • Should have working knowledge in Incident and Change Management tools (Similar to BMC Remedy & Service Now)
