Support and manage all hotel purchasing processes under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager
Conduct supplier research, develop alternative suppliers, and perform price comparisons
Review daily purchase requests and ensure timely procurement
Perform market price analysis to optimize costs
Monitor purchasing contracts and manage renewal processes
Track stock levels in coordination with relevant departments
Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and company standards
Control invoices and purchase orders in coordination with the Finance Department
Provide documentation during internal and external audits
Support departmental budget targets and cost control initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism & Hospitality, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Good command of English (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong negotiation and cost control skills
Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
