• Define flow paths and replenishment methods for all components for the GCM24 programme

• Design pick process and method for triggering and tracking kits

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor and control project execution
