• Resolve IT issues as the first point of contact for end‑users (Level 1 IT support).
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
• Accurately document, log, and administer all received requests in the ticketing system.
• Delegate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams.

• You handle customer requests promptly and courteously
• You are responsible for pricing and margin decisions
• You process quote requests and sales orders according to specifications and requirements
• You verify purchase order details with sales orders and source of supply

• Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
• Identifying and resolving issues through root-cause analysis and ensuring timely follow-up
• Supporting system and process improvements
• Creating reports and monitoring customer orders in SAP
