• Assists in the development of means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit
• Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales
• Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities for property managers.

• Maintain and support Hungarian statutory accounting records (GL, AP, AR, accruals).
• Maintain structured accounting files and statutory documentation in line with local requirements.
• Coordinate with the external tax provider to enable timely and accurate filings (VAT, CIT, Local Business Tax, etc.).

• Deputizes the Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence
• Directs and coaches the Housekeeping and the Laundry teams in their daily duties, ensuring needs of guests are attended to promptly and in line with Company standards

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of kitchen colleagues
• Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our quality standards
• Managing inventory, schedules, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs

• Daily bakery operations: Manage the full bakery and cafe workflow and production processes.
• Production planning & supervision: Oversee the creation of breads, pastries, and desserts, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

• Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest service standards and ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Lead the Team: Supervise waitstaff and bartenders, fostering performance and teamwork.
• Hire & Train: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team members.
