• Record stock movements (goods issues, receipts, write‑offs, rebrands, etc.)

• Invoicing
• Recording, activating, and calculating depreciation of fixed assets
• Managing petty cash
• Independently performing comprehensive accounting tasks (customers, suppliers, bank, cash register, mixed accounting)
• Preparing and checking monthly/quarterly tax returns

• Performing daily accounting tasks and ensuring the ledger is always up to date in line with current regulations
• Recording accounting and financial documents in SAP
• Completing month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Preparing statutory financial statements

• Accounting and reporting of inventory / wholegoods related transactions (reserve calculation, allocations etc.). Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Attending monthly reviews with Brand Controllers. Answering and following-up queries during and after month end close

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Issuing Mall transactions
• Period closure activities
• Checking the accuracy and timelines

• Verify invoices and supporting documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper account codes.
• Classify, code, and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, and accounting systems.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using property software.

• Coordinating the preparation of lease agreement and verifying their completeness for the purpose of signing the contract
• Ensuring the implementation of provisions according to the lease agreement to properly maintain the continuity of its duration

• Accounting and reporting of inventory / wholegoods related transactions (reserve calculation, allocations etc.). Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Attending monthly reviews with Brand Controllers. Answering and following-up queries during and after month end close

• Assisting in the preparation of the annual audit plan and programs,
• Conducting audit operations on time in accordance with international regulations, best practices and internal procedures of the company regarding high quality standards,
• Carrying out follow-up activities,

• Match the corresponding purchase orders/supporting documentation to incoming invoices in our ERP system.
• Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliation, investigate and follow-up on the queried and escalated items
• Prioritize the processing of non-FTM invoices, manually book and/or investigate further

• Manage Invoice acceptance procedures
• Handle Invoice related questions, requests
• Own daily business communication and complaint resolution
• Work on and provide accurate monthly/ quarterly closing reports
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
• Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio

Screening through monthly original supporting documents and field returns from country delegation and feedback if there were any discrepancies or anomalies....

• Receipt / Download / Accept cases from Document Exchange Tool or electronically (or any other source)
• Translation of all relevant European Non-English information from source documents to English (if required) and updating relevant fields in Standard Adverse Event (AE) form

• Develop and maintain the Group Card reporting and analytics system
• Build automated, consolidated reporting tools and support the development of the Group fuel card data model
• Introduce advanced analytics and data‑mining practices to support decision making

• Check and approve foreign and local currency payments in CEE region using numerous e-bank platforms, SWIFT channel and TIS payment platform.
• Run KYC process with selected bank partners of MOL Group, ensure up to date list of company representatives and bank signatories.

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

Perform the short-term cash positioning and ensure bp’s daily cash flows for the different currencies are managed effectively and safeguarded against loss...

Collaborate with the local and the wider, international finance team on using the new accounting system (for internal management reporting purposes only - local statutory reporting and tax is handled by external accountants)...
