The Global HR Lead Controller is a newly established position and will have direct responsibility for planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis and controlling of Gedeon Richter Group (GR) employee related costs, headcount (11,000+ FTEs and cca 220 billion HUF) and HR functional costs globally....

• Lead and supervise the Statutory Accounting and Tax function
• Oversee Controlling, Payroll and Legal operations, while also responsible for supervising the managerial assistance and support functions
• Responsible for AR Management, debt collection and plan compliance reviews

• Review, analyze, recommend, and implement pricing for quotes and contracts.
• Execute pricing to local/ global customers and channel partners based on global price strategies and guidelines.
• Acts as an escalation point and work within the approval guidelines to escalate and resolve price escalations.

• Oversee risk management processes and internal controls across all EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and early identification of financial and operational risks.
• Ensure statutory accounts, tax filings, and company secretarial obligations are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files based on input from the assigned business unit.
• Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks, provide analysis of differences, and explore potential problems with non-financial department heads/business units.

• As an expert in Power BI / query / pivot you will redesign/reshape controlling reports, managing monthly financial closing

• Lead Fixed Asset accounting activities for companies in scope within Harman’s global organization
• Coordinate closing activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Answer ad-hoc questions regarding Fixed Asset accounting
• Enforce compliance with Harman policies and internal/external audit standards
