• Own the market success and financial performance of the Premium hydraulic breaker product portfolio
• Define the premium value proposition, positioning, and portfolio strategy based on customer, application and competitive insights

• lead the end-to-end bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposals
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts, such as Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery and others to gather necessary information and resources

• Responsible for product development, product marketing and lifecycle management of Milwaukee® PPE and workwear products

• Secure long term profitable growth in the region (Nordics, UK, Ireland, Baltic States, Poland, Czech Republic and other central/eastern European states) in accordance to strategic directions and business plans
