• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting and transforming data from SQL Server–based systems
• Work across data domains including Sales, Finance, Commissions, Logistics, Procurement, and CRM
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for consumption by BI platforms

• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor scalable filter pipelines and transformation processes that extract relevant metrics and features from billions of events.
• Data management in a Data Lake.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to optimize and scale high-performance ML models.

• Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, on- and offboarding, contract management, payroll, preparation of certificates, references and other documents);
• Supporting the HR Managers in operational HR matters and ongoing processes;
