• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems. 

• Troubleshoot IT related issues and handle customer requests.
• Provide remote support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat.
• Support our top customers using your specific language skills.

• Salesforce rendszer napi szintű üzleti támogatása (L1/L2 support)
• Felhasználói kérések és hibajegyek kezelése (ticketing rendszerben)
• Funkcionális problémák elemzése és megoldása (adatok, jogosultságok, működés)
• Egyszerűbb adminisztrációs beállítások elvégzése (layoutok, mezők, hozzáférések)

• Pénzügyi, számviteli és kontrolling folyamatok felmérése, és a rendszer bevezetési módszertana szerinti implementáció,
• Digitalizációs projektekben való aktív részvétel (dokumentum‑ és workflow‑menedzsment, riporting),

• Jira projektek, workflow‑k, mezők, képernyők és jogosultságok karbantartása
• Confluence adminisztráció: tárhelyek, jogosultságok, sablonok kezelése
• Jira–Confluence integrációk, automatizációk, webhookok létrehozása
• Atlassian licencek és felhasználók kezelése (on/offboarding)
