• Global Market Benchmarking:
• Compensation and benefits benchmarking for the Automotive Technologies segment across all relevant markets
• Analyze global market data and provide insights to maintain competitive positioning and compliance
• Responsible for the market data delivery process

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and sick leave payments
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant laws (Labor Code, Tax, Social Security, Family Support)
• Manage payroll related actions for new hires and leavers

• Coordinate the company-wide salary increase and bonus payment processes in accordance with local compensation policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and automation of the compensation processes.

• Act as a key communication partner for hiring managers and senior leaders, applying your coaching and interpersonal skills to guide them through the hiring process.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on evaluating core competencies and fit.

• Manage and maintain compensation programs including loyalty schemes, bonuses, cafeteria plans, and supplements.
• Support regular reviews of pay structures to ensure market competitiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to guide strategic decisions.

• Own and manage end-to-end IT / Tech recruitment processes from intake to offer
• Work on a wide range of technical positions
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, tech communities, direct search)

• Lead and oversee payroll operations from both a strategic and operational perspective, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full legal compliance
• Own senior-level Employee Relations, handling complex disciplinary and termination cases while minimising legal and reputational risks

• Compensation strategy & benchmarking
• Provide professional consultation and guidance to business leaders and HR on salary benchmarks, extraordinary bonuses, promotions, job changes, salary adjustments, and offers for new hires

• Offers routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities. Provides continuous supervision for team members to secure the quality and timely performance of team members as per standards
• Supports the development of processes and procedures
