• Provide full administrative support to the University’s bodies, in line with their respective rules of procedure.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the procedural rules, forms, and administrative processes related to such bodies.

• Driving and further improving our recruitment process
• Being a trusted point of contact for our employees and having an open ear for their concerns
• Managing employment contracts and related documentation

• Leading the HR Germany team
• Responsible for all HR-related topics and projects at the Munich, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt locations
• Supporting and advising management and the German HR committee on HR issues
