• Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
• Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes, and act as the HR business partner across the organisation
• Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows

• Execute People policies and processes
• Perform and support administrative activities related to the employee life cycle from hire to retire (such as onboarding/ offboarding, long service awards), international mobility, reporting, etc.

• Conflict resolution: You effectively lead and manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment.
• Policy expertise: You develop and apply clear, compliant policies that guide behavior and decision-making.

• Introduce and govern European Compensation & Benefits standards to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across countries
• Enhance performance-oriented reward mechanisms and related processes (STI, merit increase)

• Foster a strong, inclusive company culture by further developing existing initiatives and thoughtfully introducing new programs and rituals to ensure healthy, resilient growth
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes for clarity, consistency, and compliance across all locations

Overseas and maintains optimal function of the organisations internal HR & Financial information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customisation, development, maintenance and upgrades to application, systems and modules...

• Analysis of current trends in the HR tech sector and development of strategic solutions
• Development of strategies for the integration of HR tech solutions in global teams
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative HR topics and tools
