• Structure pricing, positioning and international marketing strategy
• Promote developments to BARNES international offices and global client database

• Analyzing Sales and After-sales processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency 
• Recommending and coordinating the implementation of process improvements

• Completion of RFQ's from customers
• Processing customer spot orders
• Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
• Customer price updates & price file management
• Rolling reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability.
• Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability.

• Business Planning including strategic pricing decisions & RGM
• Forecasting & Performance management
• Sell-In and Sell-Out forecasting (demand planning) of chosen categories. Making changes to the SI & SO plans.

• Identifying potential clients, contacting them for offers, and updating the database;
